Returns Policy

  • Should your registered Game Time watch develop any defects during the warranty period, please contact customer service for a repair authorization number and instructions on how to return your watch.  After receiving your return authorization number, please mail the following to the address below:  the watch (not in display box.  Any box that is sent will be discarded), a copy of your store receipt, a description of what is wrong with the watch, name, address, email  and phone number. You will also need to include a check or credit card number for $7.50 which will cover return shipping and handling. 
  • Due to possible loss in transit, we recommend that you insure your watch.  You are responsible for adequately protecting your watch during shipping.
